NON RECEIPT OF MY MOBILE AFTER SERVICE

I have given my Karbonn Mobile Model – Titanium X on 25.04.2015 to their Service Centre – United Care at Mudhichur Road, West Tambaram, Chennai vide Job sheet no. 1671 and IMEI NO. 911350500030256.

In the the last one year, I have contacted the above service centre so many times, but no response from them.

Almost one year is going to complete, but till date, I have not received any response from them / Karbonn mobile company.

Last week (19th) again I have personally visited the above service centre and asked about my mobile. Mr. Prawin of United Care informed me that the spare parts for this model is not available and the company has stopped the production also.

From there, I have contacted Mr. Jaya Kumar – service incharge of TN of Karbonn Mobile and explained the details to him. Again after 3 days, I have contacted him in his mobile, but no response from him.

Please look into this and arrange to provide a fresh mobile towards replacement for my earlier mobile or settle the amount for which I have purhcased from the dealer.

For the last one year, I am in stress because of non- receipt of my mobile and due to that I got mental agony and disturbance in my work.
