I had booked the foll. Items at ZOTEZO on 17.01.2016 by making advance Payment of Rs.894 thru my credit card. Details of the items along with the Reference no. is furnished herebelow.

Whereas, the first item has been delivered, it is not in working condition. I have already sent email regarding the non working of the item and sought return and refund. The second item has not been delivered at all.
The above lack of response and inaction from your side indicates highest deficiency in service. While I request you once again for taking back of the MCP Kitchen Scale and arranging for refund, I request that the second item booked by me may be delivered without any further delay.
In case prompt action is not taken even in response to this email, I will be constrained to take up the matter with the Consumer Forum. By endorsing a copy of this email, I am arranging to take up the matter for further action.
