I placed an order with amazon.in on 6th Aug for a micromax mobile canvas 2 colours A120 and paid with my debit card an amount of Rs.6772.00.
Although my item’s estimated delivery date was 11 Aug,2015 but today on
14th Aug I am still waiting to receive the item. When tried to track in
aramex courier online tracking system I got a message that they are unable
to track my item for reason known best to them. I want to cancel the
order & want my money refunded.
I tried to email at email@example.com to place my complaint a no. of times but every time my mail bounces back serving me with mailer Daemon notice.
