I have booked a confirm ticket from Delhi to Dubai on 02nd May 2015 from make my trip, details of which is are as follows:

Total amount – INR 28,637.00

FLIGHT AI 995 – AIR INDIA LIMITED SAT 02 MAY 2015
DEPARTURE: DELHI, IN (INDIRA GANDHI INTL), TERMINAL 3 02 MAY 20:30
ARRIVAL: DUBAI, AE (DUBAI INTL), TERMINAL 1 02 MAY 22:45
FLIGHT BOOKING REF: AI/J8NS6 LAST CHECK IN TIME: 19:30
RESERVATION CONFIRMED, ECONOMY DURATION: 03:45
But when I reached at airport on time Airindia has refused to issue boarding card due to overload on Air India flight and they need to offload the passenger. I have an emergency and have to reach at Dubai anyhow on 03rd May 2015 morning, so I requested the airline staff present at airport to provide me any best possible option so that I could fulfill my commitments on time, but I am really very disappointed with the lack of service and the attitude of staff member available at the airport and they have offered me some silly options which was really unacceptable a very long discussion and scene had happened there, and due to lack of co-operation from airline staff unwillingly I had to cancel my ticket. Airindia has issued me a cancellation receipt and told me that as per the company policy I’ll get the full refund automatically remitted in my account within 3-4 working days but that will be from where I had made the booking i.e. make my trip.
But when I have not received any payment, I made complaint at Make my trip customer care. After making several calls and emails make my trip customer service agent told me that they have not received any confirmation from the Airline. Every time when I make a call at Make my trip customer care service center they kept me on hold for a long time and everytime they file a complain in their system and assure me that it will be resolved within 24 Hrs.
after few days when I called Make my trip they told me that there is a delay from airline as airline does not have the clarity of policy of refund and it may take another 20 days or may be more than that.
Now make my trip told me that they will charge me a no show penalty as airline has charged them but i refused to pay any penalty as it was not my fault, it was the airline fault so why do i need to pay any penalty and airline have clearly mentioned that they will not charge anything and it will be a full refund.
As of now I have not received any refund or any response from them. and last email I have received was on 28th may 2015 with again the same words ” please wait for another 24 hrs”.
Request you to please look in to the matter and help me.
