I am approaching you to sort out my problem which I never expected a Bank of your stature should take so much of time for their customer. I am appending the mail I sent to my Bank in Noida. This is self explanatory. I am sure you would take immediate action. A word from you will help me:

A refund of Rs 5199/ was expected from www.amazon.in against the returnd item. M/S
Amazon confirmed that they have sent the amount to my Bank under ref 74332746071607042306116 on 10 Mar 2016. They also gave their Code For Sale Txn No-522698. As you know I have been enquiring about this from your Bank since then. I had even given the Amazon Reference no. I understand till date the amount has not been received. M/S Amazon have reconfirmed the refund.
Can I there fore request you to look into the matter & help your customer rather than he running around for the small amount. Kindly also provide me the Disputed ID No.
