Respected Sir / Madam,
I am a student of NIIT Guwahati -Ganeshguri, center code-10257.
Our 3rd semester last exam was held in the month of September 2014.
After that till now we are not assigned to any batch and for this i
have made complaint on the niitstudent.com site and when i and my
batch mate asked our faculty about the batch he said us to wait for 1
month after my complain that is on April 04 2015, which they failed to
do. After that my another batch mate made a complained , when we again ask our faculty about that took some more time and again they failed to do so making loss of our valuable time.
I have made a complain on June 04, 2015 at CustomerCare@niit.com . There they replay me
that, Territory Head contact us for further
verification and response or his representative will revert to us
shortly. But till now no communication has been made. Now if i send any email to them about the matter than they do not replay to me.
We have been waiting since last 9 months , wasting our valuable
time with a hope to start our batch normally but we are failing to
avail the services .We also faced the same problem before starting 3rd semester.
So i request you to take action against them.
