I ordered a TV (Suntek 32″ Series 4 HD Plus LED TV (with Samsung Panel Inside)
Code: 87912184) on dated 24.03.2016 order ID: 88841769. The Order TV Received 08.04.2016 but the product was faulty ( TV Supply is not coming). For many more requests, the shopclues team answered and informed that electrician attend the problem. But next 3-4 days the electrician didn’t attend the problem any more. Then Shopclues team informed the electrician attend the problem with in 2 days and 3 days. After 10 days it is informed that returned the faulty product to their store located at New Delhi.
I Had courier the TV to New Delhi and it is reached on 05.05.2016 to their store and I spoken to Their supporting team, after quality checkup it will replaced by new One.
Till date they are not confirmed the re issue the new TV or return my Amount.
Please do needful at earliest.
