I had booked a battery for my phone on 25th June 2015 Job Sheet No. 31598-0615-17505566, after making the job sheet they asked me to come after 4-5 days, when I contacted them in 5 days they asked to wait for 2-3 more days when I contacted them on 4th of July they says your phone battery has arrived & you can collect it, I visited their service centre immediately but to my utter surprise they told me that they dont have the battery, I have to again apply for the battery, I have to handover them the existing job sheet & they will prepare a new job sheet on today i.e. 4th of july & again wait for 5-10 days, I asked them why they are not fulfilling the services on the existing job sheet which is approximate 10 days old, they (the persons at the counter) as well as their senior/manager of the centre are very rude to me and asked me to do anything I can do neither they will lodge a complaint nor they will entertain the existing job sheet. If I want the battery I had to submitt them the old job sheet & prepare a new job sheet.
Now please suggest me the solution as the condition of the battery is very bad in case it exploded & my phone get damaged or the user is injured, in that case who is responsible.
Therefore I am requesting you to please suggest me the solution & take proper action against the service centre people.
