This is in ref to the poor quality of service provided by
authouraised service center
situated at Vasai.
I aproached this service center for the problem incured to my
handset on 19-06-2015 wich is still in waranty period
the person in charge of the center has been making me travel to
& fro to the center past 20 days giving me the reason that the part of
the handset is unavailable and he dosent know when he will get it to
fix the problem of my handset.
I herby solomenly request you to look in to the matter as soon
as possible and reply. Failing so I have less options to go to cosumer
forum for help.
Or else please replace the faulty handset as soon as possible
