OLA switches off all possible logistics facilities when it starts to rain in Bangalore and disables their app (or at least does not care to set it right). This is the third time in a row that I was desperately trying to book a cab/auto yesterday and the app refused to respond and suddenly out of nowhere today I get a message that my booking is confirmed and get frantic calls from the poor driver who believes he has got a customer. This is ridiculous. Initially I thought it was definitely my mistake but I am sure it is an app glitch that is very irritating. Also none of OLAs customer care numbers seem to work when you want to inform them of any untoward issue.
