Order Cancelled after Payment

I have ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB) on 07-Apr-2016 through order no. 171-0973333-1889967.
This order get cancelled by Amozon giving reason ‘Payment Declined’.
I confirmed it with my bank and they are saying payment successfully done.
Also I have invoice copy which shows payment is successfully done and when I called customer care, customer care person also agreed that Amazon received the payment. I have call recording also.
After receiving payment they don’t have to cancel the order and should deliver the product.
