This is to bring to your notice that i had ordered a product on the 12th of July and made the online payment as well. I was promised that the product would be delivered on 14th July.
I have not yet received the product as on date. I have been calling the customer care team every second day and the response has been the same” please wait for 3 to 4 days”. I call again after 3 to 4 days, the response is no different.
I am a online shopping freek. I have shopped with Amazon, Flipkart, Crafstvilla, Jabong and many more. Believe me i have had no hassles. The worst experience of my life is from ShopClues.
I did try and check the Bluedart website today as well to track my order, even today it reads as “untraceable”.
Will anyone please address my concern and revert back with a prompt reply rather than “wait for 3 days”, which is a never ending one.
