I have ordered online by ASKME BAZAAR.COM a Mobile power bank MI-10500 on 23rd JANUARY 2015 (approx), Which I got After 15 to 20 Days (approx) and it was in broken condition. I have mailed many times about this Complain on Their Mail ID email@example.com from 9th April 2015 and also sent a hard copy of the Complaint by SPEED POST on their address Customer Service Head,Askmebazaar .com.Getit Stores Pvt. . After this I got a phone call from their side for a better solution. the customer executive asked me to again ordered the same product and I agreed to this solution. Again, I got the same product and paid for it again, but it’s also not proper working condition. I have mailed many times for this complaint, But I did not get my refund till today (26/02/2016) and also did not get any reply from their side. I request you to solve my problem .
