I have purchased a TV Sony Bravia KLV-28R412B 70cms on 07/03/2016, and it was delivered to us on 12/03/2016. The TV looking small. we asked for replacement on 16/03/2016, and I received a message o the same day saying your request is registered and are prioritizing it. Reference # is 20915895. we will call you in 48 hrs. Check email for more. Team Snapdeal.
Now 48 hrs have passed off and I wonder what’s happening.
I mistakenly have given a wrong email ID santosfernandes@yahoo.com
My correct email ID is santosfernandes81@yahoo.com
Please help in my replacement order
