I SENT A COMPLAINT REGARDING OVERCHARGING IN ELECTRICITY ACCOUNT NUMBER Z74ZS553425AON 04/08/2015 AND AGAIN REMINDED THEM ON 08/08/2015 BY SMS AS ADVISED TO 1903
BUT TO TALK OF REDRESSALL;EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WAS NOT SENT TO ME.
I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED DESPITE THE READING OF THE METER REMAINING UNCHANGED AS I STAYED AWAY FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS.
PL.LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ACCORD REDRESSAL AT THE EARLIEST
