I made payment of my birla sunlife term insurance policy no-005245349 premium of rs.3789.07 through Mobikwik bill no-194729653 on 26-11-15, but till date (16-12-15), the insurance company has not confirmed my payment .several reminders to Mobikwik help desk and support desk has not been answered.I am already in my grace period as my premium date has expired on 3-12-15,so for any lapse in my policy ,Mobikwik will be solely responsible. Even mails to birlasunlife informing them about my payment through their authorised payment platform has not been answered.both Mobikwik and birlasunlife have caused lot of mental pressure and still not finding what to do.please advice me how I could go about filing complaint against them
