Poor Product and Customer service

It has been just a month since I purchased the shoes from Metro store, Sector 17, Chandigarh on 26th July 2015 and the metal bow attached on top detached on first day of wear on 27th July 2015.
I have given the pair for repair at your shop as on 01st August, 2015 and they given the slip mentioning date of 22nd for delivery.
On 22nd August when I went to collect my shoes, then I found they people attached unmatched leather buckle on that. They have taken complete 22 days to replace a buckle and handing over a “ Bakwaas” product.
When I complained the store keeper he reverted there is no responsibility of sale product, but you can submit the written complain and I would forward it to the company, but company will reply you in similar way.

I am a regular customer of Metro and on that we three colleagues has been purchased shoes from your this Sector 17, Chandigarh Store.
But if the customer is supposed to bare such poor quality and poor service on the shoes worth Rs 1000/- then I fear, I should change my favorite shop.
