I wish to submit facts for your kind information and immediate necessary action.
The above said vehicle purchased from Hyundai Trident Automobiles (P) Ltd., Narayanapura KR Puram Bangalore. The sales representative who has attended (Ms. Bindhu) has not taken any initiative to deliver the vehicle on 31st March 2014 as promised, instead delivered the vehicle on 04/04/2014. On delivery the vehicle was not washed/ cleaned properly and scratches were found on the left rear end which was even reported to the sales manager (Mr. Vijjay). Further they have not given a demo of the vehicle till date even after several requests.
It is further submitted that the final payments were done including the third year extended warranty. Till date there is no response from the concerned authority regarding the extended warranty and I have not been given any information or the certificate for the same. In addition I’ve paid Rs 3500/- for under chassis coating, for which also they have not given any valid documents. All the above was brought to the notice of the Sales Manager (Mr. Vijay) and have sent a mail regarding the same to him and have not yielded any fruit till date. On several request for the DEMO of the vehicle, a customer consultant informed me that a concerned person would be send to give the demo but till date no one has turned up for the demo. There only has been telephonic conversation and no substantial action so far.
I therefore request your good self to bestow the matter personally and directive may please be issued to the concerned authority for rectifying the above at the earliest.
