I purchased one Micromax A350 Canvas Knight on 13.10.2014 online from Amazon India (Invoice No.4366 and Supplier’s ref NO. Amazon: 404-9125885-5835550). Initially it was working fine but some time I found that it’s WiFi is not working. Due to preoccupation with my work, I could not get time for 4-5 months and then on 12.5.2015 I went to Micromax service Centre (M/s the Mobine Care, B-36, Guru Nanapura, Opp. V3S Mall Near Maharaja Bequett Hall Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 Contact No.07460466692. Jobsheet No. was N030666-0515-16576264. They returned it after one day saying that the mobine is now alright. But after one day, I found that its WiFi is not working. Again, I went to the said service centre on 15.5.2015 and this time the service time did not give me any receipt. After keeping it one day, the mobile was returned that its WiFi is now alright. But this time I found that its speaker was not working as a result of which it was not possible to respond to the incoming calls. The sound was restored but again after some time, the handset failed to connnect to WiFi and so it was again sent to said service centre on 2.6.2015 and the problem was sorted out by the service centre but again after a day the handset is not connecting to WiFi. Because of recurrence of the problem as discussed above, I have decided not to go the Micromax service centre as they have failed to give satisfactory service. I want replacement of the handset. What is the response of the authority concerned?
