I bought the Moto G2 phone thru flipkart on 12.04.2015 and it started creating problems from 13.05.2015. Its touch doesn’t work, if mobile is unlock I have to reboot the phone for unlocking it and after unlock it takes commands automatically, proximity sensor also not working. I took it to service center B2X Services Nagpur and they clearly told that it can not be replaced as warranty is over. I told them that 30 days return warranty is from flipkart but as per them this 30 days return/replacement guarantee is from Motorola side. It means either flipkart or Motorola is cheating with customers. Service center has so unprofessional technicians that they don’t know how the problem will be resolved and even not telling me how much time it will take for solving the matter. Right now my phone is in service center and God knows by when I’ll get it back in good working condition. Very disappointed with Motorola product and services.
