I bought a Philips 5.1 speaker from ShopClues on independence sale with order no 64929933 . The product I ordered was selling at discounted price. I paid the amount via net banking. But now they are telling me that that they can’t deliver my product as the courier service is not available in my address. Now if the courier wasn’t available on my address how they booked my order. Also I booked a complain on their customer care with ticket no 3840379. and provided an alternate address in the metro city where they can deliver my product but they didn’t gave importance on it. Now it seems that they actually didn’t want to give me that product as I got it a very much discounted price, so they are making all this nonsense excuses. But I want my product which I booked. Please help to provide me the product.
