I had Micromax Hand set Model No. A089. I was having problem of software issue in my device, so I gone to service center of Micromax in M/S Aashtvinayak Mobiservices, Shop No. 07/08/09, Opp. Archies Apt, New Station Road, Kalyan, Mumbai-421301 on 13th Oct 2015, they told me that there is an application problem and no charging which is mention on job sheet (job sheet no. W031904-1015-19709008). On 15th Oct 2015 they told me that there is problem in Motherboard of the device. Again I gone to service center on 21th Oct 2015, they told me that your device is now okay, but there was still problem on device, So I taken the device and went to Dombivli Service center there i got to know that parts of the devices is missing such as device mic, screw threads damage and charging point is been stick by gum. Hence they did not accept my device. While my device is in Warranty Period which is about to end in next month.
I’m requesting you to please look into the matter as early as possible and give me justice.
