I am Advocate SAUMITRA VERMA and i live in R.B.I. Officers colony, Tilak Nagar, KANPUR (U.P.) 208001.I had purchased a new KARBONN TITANIUM DAZZLE 2, Model no. S202 whose IMEI NO. is 911447550007943 on 07/05/2015 from SAGAR WORLD SHOP whose address is – shop no 29 SAGAR MARKET,KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR 208001 and whose TIN NO. is 09937502077 and Book No is 25/16 and bill no is 745. I have the warranty of 1 year upto 07/05/2016.After one and half month wifi of the mobile stopped working. On 24/06/2015 I gave my mobile to DKG software and service solution in Somdutt Plaza kanpur which is the service center of Karbonn mobile in Kanpur where ASC incharge Manisha registered my complain and took my handset with battery and provided coustomer receipt whose job sheet no is KJASPUP038615KR16816. she told me after 10 days you will get mobile and she gave me a karbonn mobile customer no which is 18602004660. After 10 days i called customer care they told me it will take 10 more days to resolve your problem after 10 days i again called customer care and i got the same reply next 10 days and after 10 days also i got the same reply. Till yet i din’t got my mobile and same reply is coming it will took 10 more days and without phone my all work had stopped. Now i want that company take strict action against service center to get my mobile within a week and not to give misleading information about the delivery of time. service center told me that you will get mobile in 10 days and today 1 month 10 days had gone and i din’t get my mobile. I get the one year warranty in which more than a month your service center is taking. Now i want my mobile in a week otherwise you are forcing me to go in consumer court for your worst services and misleading information which are given to me.
