I bought a Shoe Easy Tone from Reebok’s Fitness and Fashion store,indore on 5/4/2014, within a week I noticed that the paste/glue of sole was coming out and the item could not be used further. When I approached the store manager she told me that shoe can be replaced within 30 days and subsequently I got a call from store that I can buy another item in replacement. Now I wanted the same item to be replaced but with fresh stocks not old stock as it was noticed later that I was handed over the old stock and that was the reason of above complaint. Now I want either same item with recent manufacturing date or my money back. I will not accept anything else against the money i have paid to the company. Please resolve this issue else i would be forced to approach consumer forum within next week.
