I have also attached the photos of the Video Phone, the delivery challan, and immediately informed the customer care as well.
I got a mail from “Sandhya Pemmaiah” on the 12th August 2016 providing me Ticket Number: 4708359940 with a lines “We have escalated your concern to our logistic partner and they are working on the same on priority basis. Once after we receive an update we will intimate you the same. Kindly allow us some time. “.
Its been 23 days already, after frequent calls to customer care serves no purpose.
How long is “some times” according to QUIKR.
I want justice to this kind of inhuman behaviour of not responding to loyal customer. I want replacement of my INDOOR VIDEO PHONE.
