I received a Philip’s music system ordered on 19th Aug’14 and delivered on 22nd Aug’14 from futurebazaar.com. After opening the package it was found that on/off button and the remote was non functioning. I mailed it twice(on 23rd Aug’14) to customer service but there was no response from their side. When I talked with the representative in phone (at 9:40am on 25th Aug’14) she told me to contact with Philips service centre.

But according to your return policy mentioned on site given below has stated that only assembled electronic products can not be returned and your partner will collect the product from door step.
