I have recharged for Rs. 269/- on 16/04/2016 through online payment mode in Airtel account to my mobile no. 9003615840 but no amount added to my account even after a time lapse of more than 10 days. Therefore, I have lodged a complaint with airtel and the complaint no. is PR042700130 dated 27.04.2016. It was informed that the complaint will be looked into in two hours time. But nobody called me, however, when I am verifying the complaint status it says that the complaint is closed. Kindly take a legal action with compensation for mental agony

    I have recharged for RS 100 through free charge app and the recharge is still pending but the amount was deducted from my account. The support system of freecharge is worst in clearing the query, and the toll free number is busy always. Very worst experience with this app
