i have recharged my tata photon from freecharge application.the recharge is pending and balance has been deducted from my account. today is the last date for my recharge so that the balance is carried forward. there has been no communication from freecharge even after sending them 4 complaint mails. i wanted the solution today itself and now it seems hopeless to get it done. atleast the customer care number “working” should be provided rather than sending system generated mail backs. there has been no agent to contact immediately even after mentioning the priority of issue so many times. this is really pathetic and i need a solution to it as soon as possible.
