After three and half months only the mobile handset is not working.
Whenever we on the same it do not start and start heating in 5 to 10
second. The heat without start is too high to hold the same in hand.

Xiaomi service center located in Maharashtra.
Accordingly I discussed the same with HCL ASP (020-25532226)and they told
to hand deliver the mobile handset to their office.
Now I need to know the following.
1) The problem is so serious that it is as good as bomb at my home and can
be blast at any moment if I charged / start it. In this case if I need to
hand deliver the same the traveling cost itself will be more than that of
the actual cost of the handset.
2) When the problem is so critical why can your representative pickup the
mobile handset from Nashik as you don’t have customer care office in the
