I received a cheque of refund from amazon against the order no. mentioned on 23/03/16. The cheque was dated of september last year. I contacted amazon customer service on 28/03/16, they told me a new issue of cheque they will initiated. 3 days i got emails regarding this, but then they stopped sending me emails too. To figure out the matter i called them again, they told me that its not initiated.
