Me shopped a mobile phone name Micromax canvas juice 3 Q392 charcoal grey at 7150 on jan 2 delivered on January 9 but that product was delivered is cosmic grey colour which has different configurations. So me raised to replacement request they pickt up product in a month about and placed replacement sub order on 1th feb me cancelled after contacting him because they placed tHat order at 7490. I asked they said you have to pay some amount.that information was given wrong. From that side they initiated my refund by neft on 2nd feb but said technical issue on 8th feb reinitiated again on 11th said again technical issues on 11th and now he saying need some time but not the technical issue resolved yet. Please do something on this concern or me have to consumer court against snapdeal. My reference no is 17390765
