On August 6 2015, I placed an order for Wild Stone Chrome and Stone combo 120 ml perfume deo from Shopclues.com. Initially the delivery date was given as between August 13 – 14, 2015. But the product was delivered after August 20, 2015 and there was no communication from their end about the delay in delivery. Also I tried to contact them during the transit period to enquire about the status but there was no response. After the product was delivered, I opened the box and found that instead of the aforesaid ones which I mainly ordered, the items which was sent to me was Wild Stone Red and Juice Deo combo wherein the label on the box does not say the same. So i put up a return and refund request as wrong items has been delivered and also took a photo of the wrong items and attached it with the return initiating request. The wrong products was picked up after 4-5 days from the day I put up the return request. During the return request, I also mentioned that I want the refund of the paid amount of Rs 399 to my bank account/credit card and not as Clues Bucks which can be used at their site only. Since the product has been picked up the refund status on the website was showing approved and refund in process. But for the past 2 to 3 days, the exact refund date has came up which is August 26, 2015 and the refund status is showing as “Rejected” with the refund id. I tried contacting Shopclues many times both over email and phone but all in vain. Neither the calls get connected to a live voice so that I can speak to someone in person regarding the same nor they are replying to emails. I am totally in dilemma what to do further. I am more into e-shopping and have used many other shopping sites but never faced such a scenario. Now I am not able to get back my money nor I am able to get a replacement from their end. I think sites like Shopclues.com should be blacklisted and banned so that customers like us does not get fooled. Please, if anyone can help, it will be really great.
