I had booked flight ticket from GOIBIBO on 19.3.15 in the name of MRS. PADMINI DEDHIA & MR. NARENDRA DEDHIA (booking id- N6EL8IBQJ) for travel on 5th April from Chennai to Pune and return on 20th April. On 26th March I cancelled the ticket of MR. NARENDRA DEDHIA for travel on 5th Aril from Chennai to Pune through INDIGO AIRLINES. His ticket from Pune to Chennai for travel on 20th April was same but I got a new PNR (Z597XI) for that because of alterations. I got the refund amount of the cancelled ticket.
On 7th April again I rescheduled the return tickets (i.e. from Pune to Chennai) with travel date 20th April to 17th April for both passengers. In this case MRS. PADMINI DEDHIA (PNR- L8IBQJ) ticket was rescheduled by GOIBIBO customer care and MR. NARENDRA DEDHIA (PNR- Z597XI) was rescheduled by INDIGO AIRLINES for which they have refunded the amount to GOIBIBO. I was given a confirmation verbally by customer care executive of the refund amount of Rs.968.00 per ticket (i.e. Rs.1936.00 for both the tickets) which has not been credited to my account.
Now when I tried contacting customer care , a recoded message says I do not have any outstanding booking and to logon to GOIBIBO website for any other details. I have written to them but in vain. again they replied by telling to logon to their website. No one is willing to reply.
