DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I ORDERD GOOGLE PIXEL 128 GB WORTH ₹ 66000/- FOR ₹56000/- ON 1ST FEB 2017 AT SNAPDEAL. THE AMOUNT OF ₹56000/- WAS PAID TO THEM IMMEDIATELY WITH MY DEBIT CARD , AFTER SOME MINUTES I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT THE REFUND IS INTIATED SUCCESSFULLY BUT RIGHT FROM 1ST FEB THE AMOUNT OF ₹56000/- IS NOT RECEIVED IN MY ACCOUNT I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES AT SNAPDEAL BUT THEY ASSURE ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE AMOUNT IN 24 HOURS , NEITHER THEY ARE REFUNDING THE MONEY NOR THEY ARE PROVIDING ME THE TRANSATION ID FOR THE REFUND. FROM LAST 10 DAYS I AM HEARING THE SAME FROM THEM.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT FOR THE REFUND OF MONEY
