Regarding Disconnection My Airtel Mobile No

Dear Sir,
I have Airtel Mobile No: 9556298670 .I am getting Message from Airtel Office on 26th Apr 2016 at 11:14 PM, Message is ( SIM Change requested has been initiated for airtel mobile 9556298670.If not requested for SIM change,SMS NSIM to 51619 immediately) . When i saw message on next day morning on that time i have to seen SIM Network has gone.I don’t understand how it is possible and I m not getting prior information from company disconnected my Mobile Number. When i inform to our Local Distributor (PRIYANKA DISTRIBUTOR,BHADRAK,ODISHA-756100) they said me we can’t help regarding in this matter,So pls do the very needful in this matter and i need positive reply from Airtel Company.
