regarding my 3G data plan

hello Sir,
My name is MANOJ. i am using vodafone prepaid number(+917831907510). Few days ago i recharge my number with sum of RS.104 and i got 1GB 3G internet data.This data was working good in last few days but suddenly it converts in 2G data plan. i talked to vodafone customer care executive many times but they said we will configure your mobile network setting manually. but they are making excuse from last 2 or 3 days and several time put my call on hold and after that disconnected my calls. So,i am requesting you please take an immediate action on this issue.
