I purchased a laptop from Flip cart.After 45 days i got a issue in my laptop. ,for that i approached lenovo service center ,they told hard disk need to be replaced and for OS they won’t support.Please address this issue either correct all the problems (Hard disk replacement,Os(8.1) Installation all those things or replace with new laptop;
Regarding this i Registered a complaint multiple times and I called to flipcart customer care and they are telling the same story like it will be resolved .and They fixed a deadline to solve this issue(24th June 2015) till now there is no other steps taken from their side .
