This complaint is regarding an online payment made on 09 July 2015 of Rs. 2800/- which was reversed by the Airtel on 29 Jul 2015, and as per them they credited the amount in my account but no payment is credited in my account till date. My mobile no. 8295566119 & 82955566119 is barred from the last month, my compliant still not resolved, i felt harresed by the Airtel people. facing mental and financial loss due to them. This mail is in regard to the complaint lodge at Airtel store customer care at
Ambala Cantt for the online payment made on 05 july 2015 of Rs. 2800/- which
was reverse by the Airtel on 29 July without any intimation and that payment
was not updated in my saving account neither it was uploaded in my airtel
account. My Mobile services are barred from that day, I have visited their
Store outlet many times even called them up but nobody is taking initiative to
solve my problem even their Nodal officer, I am facing financial loss and
mantle harassment due the the interrupted service of airtel due to their
negligence. And collection people from Airtel are disturbing me for the payment
of Rs.2800/- which was already paid by me, please find the bank statement for
the month of July in which online payment was made.
I hope my issue will be resolved and all my losses will be reimburse to me due
to the poor service of Airtel.

I already sent the mail at customer care regarding this issue also called up
many time but my issue was not resolved, after when i reached my home at
Ambala. I visited Airtel store located at Minerva Complex, Rai Market, Ambala
Cantt. For the disconnection of my no. 8295566119 & 8295666119 as due to your
intrreuted service of Airtel, i lost heavy finacial lose. At your store, met
with Exexcutive Name Nishant, i gave him request to disconnect my no., that
gentleman even not bother to ask me reason to disconnect no. and told me to pay
outstanding after that he take my request. This was the worst customer care
service i recieved from Airtel. I think you should give some training on
customer service to all your Store customer care staff as they are behave like
childs in front of customers they are not proffesional in any manner at
all.Request you to please install CCTv Cameras in your store and watch the
customer service of store empoyees. Feeling sad to write this as i was also
done customer care for Airtel, long time ago but not like this.
After when i told all the issue to Mr. Nishant, he took my request and forward
the same to concern authority and same issue shared with Store Manager Mr.
Nitin on phone also gave him bank statement for ths same month in which online
payment was made, He assured me to resolved my issue on priority, But still
after no. of calls to him, issue is still not resolved and my connections are

will not resolved within 24 hours, i will not pay single penny of the
