I have procured Micromax Doodle 3 A102 Mobile through Flipkart with 1 year warrantty( Invoice No-DEL20140500098182, Order ID-OD40508082785, Date-08.05.2014 ).
The Device Stopped working on 07.08.2014 and was given to repair to M/S Adinath Mobile, Pratapgarh.( Mr. Vipin Jain Contact No.09024044004)
And They Tried to repair locally and found that touchpad is not working & Mobile Hanging Up, They ordered the touchpad and replaced the same and gave the mobile back on 06.09.2014. On checking I found that Mobile still not working and still there was hanging problem . Again I Gave the mobile on 06.09.2014 for repair/replacement.( Jobsheet No-W020068-0914-12012687 ).
Again I received the mobile on 27.09.2014 .As per them , they have provided new new mobile and on checking I found the mobile is Dead ( Not starting Up).
I gave it back on 29.09.2014 ( Jobsheet No-W020068-0914-12487872 ).
Now They are telling it will take another 15-20 Days to repair It.
It is almost 2 months passed even after given to micro max authorised service centre & still my problem is not sorted out and they demand more time to repair/replacement .Kindly take this matter on priority to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
