regarding wrong claim of bill on disconnected phone no.

My aforesaid connection was surrendered on 05.11.2015 and full and final payment of Rs.2747/- as advised by BSNL was deposited vide cheque no.632014 dated 27.10.2015 of uco bank. All items installed with said connection were picked up by BSNL SDO phone Zirakpur vide their store slip no 618 dated 05.11.2015 issued to me.
Here i would like to inform that despite surrender of connection , BSNL is continuously issuing me bill since Nov 2015 and claiming the phone bill every month.last bill of Rs.1966/=have been issued on 19.02.2016.
Account Officer Patiala has issued notice on 01.03.2016 and legal notice also served on me on 23.04.2016 for recovery of rs.1966/=.
Today i tried to contact personally telephone exchage Rajpura,but two employees named Mr.Jaswal and Mr.Tilak raj sitting in account section branch refused to take applicatio n and papers which i want to give as proof. They misbehaved and did not care to listen any thing on the matter.
Since connection was disconnected in the month of Nov 2015 the question of payment of bill after nov 2015 does not arise.
So I request yourself to consider my application on the matter and issue clearance certificate.
Security amount of Rs.1175/-plus interest is lying with BSNL .Also refund me the same as it is already delayed.
