Sir, RELIANCE gives very worst service in respect to the CUSTOMER CARE services. I know this is leading its business now but I know its future its going to be like of ‘ASH- dissolve from where it originates’. As I’m a RELIANCE customer with utmost 25 connections in my near and dear ones and all have the same complain of not receiving calls/ not answering calls frankly/ for more details call again/ receive calls and hold it for minutes of minutes. So, its future is upto you and you only.specially 2 guys show very very worst attitude to me(bidyut and mritunjay biswas).till I can’t solve my a simple problems.I wish someone would be there to take step in this matter.
