It looks like we will have to take the legal action against your company and the courier company for doing a fraud transaction with us. Now with the fool proof evidence as to when, where and who delivered the product, and who and when contacted us with the call details.
You guys cannot escape easily.

THE PRODUCT WAS DISPATCHED TO YOU FROM THE SELLERS END BUT NOBODY WAS THERE TO RECEIVE.THE COURIER SERVICES ATTEMPTED THERE BEST TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT.HENCE WE CAN SEE THAT THE SELLER HAS TRIED THERE LEVEL BEST TO DELIVER YOU THE PRODUCT,ALSO THE DELIVERY PERSON TRIED TO CONTACT YOU MULTIPLE TIMES AND ALSO REACHED YOU THEREAFTER BUT NOBODY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. AND HERE IS THE PROOF OF THE SAME :

HENCE THE SELLER HAS RIGHT FOR DELIVERY CHARGES AS THEY HAVE PAID FOR IT TOO.
WE ARE SORRY FOR THE ISSUED REFUND FOR PRODUCT WILL ONLY BE DONE AND NOT THE DELIVERY CHARGES AS YOU DIDNOT RECEIVE AND WE DONOT SEE ANY FAULT OF SELLER AS THEY CONTACTED YOU BY MESSAGES AND CALLS BUT YOU DID NOT COOPERATE.

Dear sirThanks for the prompt action. However, it is not justified in any ways that the customer didnt get a chance to even see the product and the delivery charges are deducted. This should be clearly mentioned when a customer opts for any shopping and places an order with your company. Kindly look into the matter asap and make arrangements for refunding the courier charges as well. The reason for the non delivery mentioned is totally baseless as time and again i have been giving instructions about the address and also to the guard room personnel. The courier person never reached the given address of which we have the proofs (cctv) that can be provided as and when needed. The address is of defence personnel colony and not some civil place. No one can allow or push of any courier person without getting in touch with the respective person who had placed the order.The guard room receives more than 50 couriers through amazon and never till now had this kind of issue. This seems to be some foul game being played with the customer, a very unprofessional thing to do. We expect and have the right to demand the total amount of rs. 2570 to be refunded to our account.
