I have taken a Mobile, Karbon make, model no. K105s, 10-Jan-2016 against order booking no. OD204866370389371000, from Flipkart, online shopping. Unfortunately the phone got damaged and non-function since last 15 days. I have taken the phone to Karbon service centre, at Kolkata, and got to know that phone is under warranty but the battery & charger are out of warranty and hence they cannot repair/replace the phone on warranty clause.
So I would like to take up the issue with consumer forum to escalate the issue for getting my money back along with compensation for moving all corners for getting the phone repair.
Would request your support to extend your cooperation for getting my moneyback along with compensation.
