Request for portability of the number

Hi Team, I had requested two times in last couple of month but my request was not processed. It is very strange that even after advance payment of the bill request of portability has not been processed, not only this. Still my bill has been running in usual format as it should not be. Reason because I have already placed portability request two times. I request you to either do the portability or close my number 9650611359. This is a wrong impression. I will not suggest anyone in my group to go for Aircel because services are very bed. This month bill should be 0 because I am not responsible for this error. Please correct the same and confirm.
