I have ordered a formal trouser through SHOPECLUES (Order #55618920) for Rs.399.00 Though the item is received in time, I have not satisfied with the quality of the item. So I initiated a return process. Since reverse pickup facility was not available at my location, I had instructed to send the item through courier and return courier charges upto Rs.300 will be refunded as shopclues clues bucks. So I send the item through BLUEDART courier and I have paid courirer charges of Rs.310.00 The cash receipt from bluedart was mailed to Shopclues.
Though the cost of item (Rs.399) refunded by the firm, the return courier charges not yet credited to my account. On calling customer care (0214441488), they informed me that I am not entitled for availing courier charges as the amount exceeds the maximum limit of Rs300.00. This is injustice as this clause is not intimated me.
