I am a family pensioner drawing pension from UCO Bank Bongaigaon Branch. The Pension Payment Authority, i.e. the Railways has issued a Revised Pension Payment Order dated 28th October, 2013 revising my pension w.e.f. 01-01-2006. On this I sent several mails to UCO Bank right from the Branch to Head Office, but all my mails have bounced. It seems that some sort of fault has developed somewhere in the mail server of UCO bank. While I request to settle my grievance pending with UCO Bank Bongaigaon Branch, at the same time I request the authorities to set right the mail system urgently.
