Am not happy with the customer service that you broadband are providing through phone . The main reason why I am writing this because I am very much frustrated on getting service from them . If you check my last 4 months broadband connection history , it was around 25 outages , and around 30 days broadband was completely down . I have complained regarding that so many times . I have raised hell a lot of request for compensation and you people have provided me with altogether 10 days of compensation . Am not happy about this . Lot of customer support people have promised callbacks (including supervisors) regarding this , but it never happened . I would like to escalate this issue to higher level ASAP . I would like to receive a call from higher authority regarding this without any fail . This broadband disconnections have created a lot of impact on my day to day work . Please contact me ASAP on this .
