Dear Sir,
i am your airtel customer last 10 yrs and my family preferred aittel sim card
due to my personal reason i want change my plan post paid to prepaid .so i went your karve nagar show room on 15May2015 and paid bill for month( 12April to12 May 2015.Ask them to stop my service of post paid that time Mr Amol told me they have no sim to give me come on21/5/ as per his guidline i want on 21May again he told me power problem youcome after three days.that he take my document for processes after 3 days he call me say you have 250/- as unspent balance . but total amount i already paid he no ur last to submit dcoument so charge next month charge i am shock
So i request them but mr. chavan store manger talk with very rough language and put wrong word for me . is it u have more customer ?
Go any where i ready to face such problem nd how u people i know nd how handle we know such thing to tell ur employees
Today i pay300?- close my service of postpaid
i am very upsent mind write such thing know happening
please verfiy it and aleast call ur employee talk properly with customer
