My Vodafone number is 9836311619. I had a problem with my sim on 9th June 2015, every time I inserted my sim,it said that my sim was rejected. I had visited the Vodafone store, near Howrah Maidan on 11th June, one of the staff named Patrick informed me that my sim was not working and that I had to get a new sim.He gave me a form and asked me to come with ID proof on 13th June. As I was unable to go I had sent my father who had gone with all the requirements they had asked. On reaching the store, the staff there informed me that I did not have required paperwork that was required. Mr. Patrick on that day did not inform me half of the things that are required for a paperwork, still he lied to my father saying that he did. The staff behavior towards my father was extremely rude and told him that we are coming every time to waste his time. My father a man of 62 years was humiliated and send off to come on another date that they provided.
On talking with many other customers there, we got to know that the staffs never informs a customer clearly and then behaves extremely rudely afterwards.
It is very shocking and disturbing to hear that the store staff of Vodafone Howrah are behaving in such a rude manner to their customers, especially when Vodafone advertises that they are always there to solve any kind of problem.
I had also emailed regarding a sim problem that I had on June 10th 2015, I had got a reply saying that I should visit the nearest store on June 13th 2015. My reference number is 1247906585
MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED, THANKS TO YOUR INCOMPETENT AND ILL MANNERED STORE STAFFS IN 2 M.G. HOWRAH, NEAR HOWRAH MAIDAN. THE VODAFONE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
