Email which i wrote to samsung support.
I bought a brand new samsung s6 edge plus for Rs.54000 and with an insurance, its for 59000. I bought it on 4th feb,2016 from spice hotspot, Rajouri Garden. Since then i have not removed the plastic cover of my phone. Today, 14th Feb,2016 when i went to put tampered glass on the phone i found there is an internal bubble in the display Its not even 10 days of my phone and i am very disappointed and dissatisfied from samsung.
I have been using the samsung phone from last 10 years and today i am facing this issue where i dont see any help from anyone. I spoke to spice hotspot and they have suggested me to visit the service center for repairing it.
I am not ready to repair my phone because in that case you guys will surely change the display but i do not want my phone to be opened.
If i would have been at my fault i would be happy to take the service from you guys but here the company is at its fault.
I want either my phone should be replaced or refund my complete amount. Because i do not want to run around the bush.
Kindly look into this else i will surely escalate it to the highest level
I am being very patient here and want you to help me in either replacement of my phone or refunding the amount.
